  28.  I've got a Supra 288i and I've had problems at times also...They will
  29. NOT connect to the Motorolas so my ISP has bought several ZOOMs (I
  30. think) just for those folks with SUPRAs.

  32. I have mixed feelings. On one hand.. we all all want cheaper modems so
  33. all the companies have to do whatever they can to remain competeitive
  34. which means lean/mean support staffs. On the other hand... with the
  35. advent of generation x, the word 'patient' seems to have
  36. dissapeared... things are either 'cool' or 'suck' no in between and
  37. it's 'fix it now' or I'll bitch and whine to the world. tsk tsk
